1. Introduction
Refund Policy – Learn Mitra is committed to providing quality educational products and services. This policy outlines the terms for refund, return, and cancellation for courses, eBooks, and printed books.
2. Refund Policy (Courses & Digital Products)
- Once a course or digital product (including eBooks, mock tests, or test series) is purchased, no refund will be provided.
- Users are advised to review course details, syllabus, and features before making a purchase.
- In case of duplicate payment or technical error, a refund may be considered after verification.
3. Return & Refund Policy (Printed Books)
- Printed books can be returned only if:
- The book is damaged, torn, or distorted, or
- A wrong book has been delivered.
- The return request must be raised within [X] days of delivery.
- Refund will be initiated only after the returned book is received and verified.
- If the returned book is found used, damaged (by user), photocopied, or not in original condition, the refund will not be processed.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for printed books can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Digital products and courses cannot be cancelled once purchased.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
