A refund request will be considered only if no lessons or quizzes have been accessed or completed in the purchased course.
If any lesson or quiz has been accessed or completed, the user will not be eligible for a refund.
If a user has selected the wrong course, a refund will not be provided.
However, we will assist in assigning the correct course to the user’s account, subject to verification.
Refunds are not allowed for the following products:
eBooks
PDF Notes
Mock Tests / Test Series
All purchases under these categories are final and non-refundable.
Printed books can be returned only under the following conditions:
The book is found torn, damaged, distorted, or defective at the time of delivery.
The wrong book has been delivered to the customer.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
The book must not be used, altered, or damaged intentionally, including usage for photocopying.
If the returned book is found to be used, damaged, torn, distorted, or not in proper condition, the return request will be rejected.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
If the product meets all return conditions, the refund will be processed accordingly.
If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, no refund will be issued.
The customer is responsible for bearing the return courier charges.
We do not provide reimbursement for return shipping costs.
All refund and return requests are subject to verification and approval.
