To become an instructor on Learn Mitra, you need to first register on the platform by creating an account and selecting the instructor role. After registration, complete your profile by providing details about your qualifications, subject expertise, and teaching experience. Once your profile is ready, you can submit an instructor application for review. After approval by the Learn Mitra team, you will gain access to the instructor dashboard, where you can create and upload your courses, including videos, study materials, quizzes, and assignments. You can set your own course pricing and publish your course for students. As you start teaching, you can interact with learners, resolve their doubts, and monitor your course performance. With each enrollment, you earn revenue as per the platform’s sharing model, making it a great opportunity to share your knowledge while generating income.

To become an instructor on Learn Mitra, applicants must hold a relevant postgraduate or master’s degree and have adequate teaching or industry experience in their subject area. Instructors should possess strong communication skills, a good command of language, and the ability to explain concepts clearly. They must ensure that all course content is original, accurate, and aligned with academic or exam standards. Instructors are required to maintain professionalism, regularly update their content, and actively engage with students by addressing their queries and providing guidance. Any form of plagiarism, misleading information, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension. Additionally, instructors must comply with Learn Mitra’s policies, including content quality standards, revenue-sharing terms, and platform guidelines.

To become an instructor on Learn Mitra, you must have a relevant postgraduate or master’s degree, subject expertise, and preferably teaching or industry experience, along with strong communication skills and a good command of language. In terms of technical requirements, you should have a good quality camera, a clear audio recording device, a stable internet connection, and a desktop or laptop to create and manage your courses. Instructors are free to set their own course pricing, and the platform follows a 70:30 revenue-sharing model, where 70% of the revenue is earned by the instructor and 30% is retained by Learn Mitra for platform services and support. Once your instructor account is approved, you can start creating your course by uploading video lectures, study materials, quizzes, and assignments through your dashboard, organizing them in a structured format, and then publishing the course for students to enroll and begin learning.
