learnmitra.com (“learnmitra.com”, “we”, “us”) runs the website learnmitra.com and its app. By creating an account, buying a course, mock test, test series or bundle, or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Your account

• Give correct details and confirm your email address. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One account is for one person. Sharing your login, or letting others watch lessons or take tests from your account, is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the website or try to get around its protections.

2. Courses, mock tests and access

• When your payment is confirmed you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course or test for the access period shown on its page (for example 365 days). After that period, access ends unless you renew.
• Course content, schedules, instructors and test series may be updated or improved over time. If a live class is cancelled, we reschedule it or provide a recording.
• Results, ranks and analysis are for practice and self-assessment. They do not guarantee a result in any real examination.
• Certificates are issued when you meet the completion rules of a course. Any certificate can be verified on our Verify Certificate page.

3. Prices, payments and GST

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). A GST invoice is available in My Account for paid orders. Coupons and offers have their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

All lessons, videos, notes, questions, solutions, tests, logos and designs belong to learnmitra.com or to the instructors who created them. You may use them only for your own study. You must not copy, download, record the screen, share, sell, upload elsewhere or publish any part of them. Videos and documents carry a personal watermark; misuse can be traced and may lead to account closure and legal action.

6. Acceptable use

• No cheating tools, bots or attempts to access tests, answers or other users’ data without permission.
• No abusive, hateful, misleading or illegal content in reviews, comments, chats or live classes.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

7. Instructors

Instructors who publish courses or tests on learnmitra.com also agree to our Instructor Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

We work hard to keep content accurate and the website available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or test concerned. We are not affiliated with UGC, NTA or any examination body.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
