Data Deletion Policy

You can delete your learnmitra.com account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in and open My Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from your registered email address. Email support@learnmitra.com, call or WhatsApp +91 62399 11499, or use our Contact page. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, mobile number, password, photo and addresses.
- Your learning data: enrolments, progress, mock test attempts, answers, scores and saved items.
- Marketing consent and subscriptions to emails and alerts.
What is kept, and why
- Order, payment and GST invoice records, without the link to your account, for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually 8 years).
- Certificate numbers, so that certificates you already received can still be verified by an employer or institution.
- Data we must keep to settle a dispute, prevent fraud or meet a legal duty, only for as long as needed.
Instructors
If you are an instructor, your request is sent to our team first, because published courses, student access, earnings and payouts must be settled before the account can be removed. We contact you within 7 days.
Important
Deleting your account ends access to every course, mock test and test series you bought, and it cannot be undone. Download your invoices and certificates first if you need them.
