Instructor Terms

These terms apply to teachers who publish courses, mock tests, test series or live classes on learnmitra.com, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
Your content
- You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload: videos, notes, questions, images and music.
- You keep ownership of your content and give learnmitra.com a licence to host, show, sell and promote it on the website and its apps while it is published.
- Content must be accurate, original and suitable for students. We may review, ask for changes, or unpublish content that breaks these terms or the law.
Earnings and payouts
Your share of each sale, the payout threshold, the waiting period for refunds and any tax deducted at source are shown in your Instructor Dashboard and may be updated with notice. Payouts are made to the bank account or UPI ID you add, after the waiting period.
Students and conduct
Treat students with respect, answer questions in a reasonable time, and never ask students to pay or contact you outside learnmitra.com for content sold on it. Student data you see may be used only to teach them on the website.
Leaving
You can unpublish your content at any time. Students who already bought it keep access for the period they paid for. Email support@learnmitra.com, call or WhatsApp +91 62399 11499, or use our Contact page.
